2. Zoning = $40,000.00 Game Currency per each 500 blocks zoned
   • Minimum of 25x25 zone
   • 50x50 = $200,000.00 Game Currency
   • 100x100 = $800,000.00 Game Currency
3. Peaceful Faction = $1,000,000.00 Game Currency
